I am asking for help on how to remove the filter in the washing machine - the Mastercook Electronic PTE-112 washing machine is loaded from the top - it is already a teenager and I cannot find the instructions anywhere; and without it I am not able to remove this device to clean it. I am begging you for help, because I cannot afford it. me for a new one.

    Hello.
For the drum filter, remove the plastic mixer on the opposite side of the drum opening, then after turning and opening you can get to the filter.

Hello . This filter has clips? I have a problem with taking it out and I don't know if it's due to the latches or just something "got in between and is blocking it".

Slide the filter from the outside of the drum and it will fall inside

    Added after 7 [minutes]:

Slide the filter from the outside of the drum and it will fall inside. Close the drum and turn it, then you will see how the mixer is attached.

Yes. It may be blocked by debris or limescale deposits.

The filter will not fall anywhere, it must be pulled upwards through the hole in the drum after dismantling the mixer. It should read: "pull the mixer out from the outside of the drum and then it will fall inside."
