    Hello,

I have a problem that I described in the subject. The manufacturer's instructions include information saying that if the user wants to clean the drain filter, he should contact the service. By. information found on the network in similar models of this company, access to the filter for a regular user is in the drum, and in other models at the bottom of the device. Unfortunately, this particular model does not have such a possibility.

    Summarizing:
Where is the drain filter and how to clean it? You can do it yourself being a total amateur, but is the option to use the services of the site justified?

The filter is in the same place as in other washing machines,
that is the bottom right corner, with the difference that it is covered by the front cover. Who invented such a patent? Not known

There are two variants of this washing machine - although in both cases it is required to call the service to clean the filter.
Version PROMETEO has a standard filter on the drain pump, the pump is behind the washing machine casing, access to it is after removing the tailgate,
and version KASAI where the filter is in such a place that it's a shame to talk.

Skryn , as usual, PNC would be needed, but due to the limited capabilities of the user, it doesn't make the slightest sense.

    Hello,

According to what he wrote skryn - the washing machine has no filter that allows it to be cleaned by the user. Because I live 70km from an authorized service center, the repair rates were estimated to be so high that they were unprofitable - considering the value of a low-budget, 5-year-old washing machine.

Finally, the wife solved the problem :) . She found information on some forum for ladies that in such cases it is good to run the laundry several times with the maximum water temperature without throwing things (empty run), with the addition of vinegar. Amazingly, the problem is solved! However, I am aware that this is a temporary solution and the purchase of a new washing machine (this time not low-budget, with the possibility of cleaning the filter) is inevitable.

Thank you for the answers, I close the thread.
