According to what he wrote skryn - the washing machine has no filter that allows it to be cleaned by the user. Because I live 70km from an authorized service center, the repair rates were estimated to be so high that they were unprofitable - considering the value of a low-budget, 5-year-old washing machine.

Finally, the wife solved the problem . She found information on some forum for ladies that in such cases it is good to run the laundry several times with the maximum water temperature without throwing things (empty run), with the addition of vinegar. Amazingly, the problem is solved! However, I am aware that this is a temporary solution and the purchase of a new washing machine (this time not low-budget, with the possibility of cleaning the filter) is inevitable.
