Please help me how to remove the filter in a Gorenje WA65205 washing machine. After draining the hose, I unscrewed the cleaning filter as usual, but this time the part of the filter used for unscrewing (with thread) remained in my fingers, while the remaining part of the filter remained in the middle and
it can't be pulled out in any way. I feel very clear resistance when I try to pull out, and I don't want to pull forcibly because I'm afraid not to damage the pump. The filter, unfortunately, will be replaceable anyway because the next time you try to remove it, both parts of the filter have broken. Someone had a similar problem, I am asking for information because to be honest I have no idea what happened, everything was fine, and here today such a meatball, the washing machine is about 10 years old, the filter was changed many times and only sometimes when putting it in there was a slight resistance, yet once please help, best regards

    Hello.
Remove the pump from the washing machine, unscrew the motor from the body and then you will have access from both sides to the element that has been blocked inside.
If you had a filter with a truss, then most likely someone screwed it in force and the filter did not hit the guides, and therefore stuck.
If you decide to disassemble the pump, use dishwashing liquid and thus the blocked element should be easier to remove.

Thank you for the answer, but is there a chance to pull out the filter without dismantling the pump - I have a small bathroom, I can not put a washing machine very much, and this model weighs over 100 kg. The part of the filter that remains inside extends a few centimeters and then the resistance, I am able to inflict maybe the dishwashing liquid or some other measure, because when I pull out this filter I can see its end, I can use e.g. WD 40. What to the guide is definitely right, but this jamming is strange because it extends these few centimeters and you can still rotate it almost halfway, and it will not come out. As if it was holding something, trying with liquid or disassembly?

Try using forceps or spikes, but do not use maximum force to prevent the pump body from breaking.
Try to oil the guides, even with oil, if the liquid does not help.
Pour oil into a syringe or use an oiler if you have one.
If the treatments were not effective, only disassembly of the pump will remain.
Then you should know what is blocking the jammed element.

I tried pliers, screwdrivers and what else could be done yesterday, today similarly, but with no effect. And this afternoon there was a breakthrough, I succeeded without washing liquid or other means, I slowly turned left, right a dozen or so, maybe dozens of times and suddenly left. It took a long time, but it paid off, and I hope I didn't break anything inside, and it turns out after installing the new filter, thank you very much for the advice. One more question, where is the best and fastest way to order parts for a Gorenje washing machine?
