    Hello,
New control panel, freshly installed Integra 32.
Configuration via DLOADX, after the configuration is completed, the control panel housing is closed. The message "There was a tamper, call service" on the keypad
Service code + # - keypad message "Tamper information cleared"
After a while, "There was a sabotage, call the service" appears again. Several attempts to review events. No failure in the system and the same inscription "There was a sabotage, call the service" for several days. Or maybe someone has encountered such a problem in this headquarters?
How to clear the message? Maybe some option in the system?

Carefully look for the disabling of this message in the system options (in the manual you will find it without any problem). However, it clears this message by entering the service mode, but if the tamper continues, this message will return after exiting the service mode.

But if there was a tamper, a yellow LED on the keyboard and some failure message should be on. Meanwhile, everything is fine. The LED is off and the system armed the system without any problems.

I do not know ??? I did not fumble at the keyboard, apart from the operation.

Do you have any expanders E or other there? if they do not have a sensor used, e.g. (microswitch) connected to the TMP terminals, these terminals should be shorted with a wire bridge. In the DLOADX program, you can view the violated zones.

Check which line indicates tamper, maybe there are inappropriate detector resistors, e.g. 2EOL and 2.2k resistors, if violated, there will be a tamper, the second cause is e.g. a small jump of the housing tamper contact (bend the plate off)

Should the manipulator not indicate a fault with a yellow indicator light?
I have expanders connected, but as I wrote earlier, the system is in service-mode - failures do NOT show any failure.
I think there is one more thing that should be done. Changing anything in service mode and saving to Flash memory ....?
If the enclosure tamper contact is not depressed, the loud tamper alarm is set - the same with the rest of the system components. The control panel is arming and working properly. No failure.

The yellow LED on the encoder will show failures and not violated inputs. I will emphasize once again what I wrote before !!! CHECK IN DLOADX in the tab state of violation zones. In this tab you will see everything. Changing and saving to flash memory is a must.

I can also check the status of the inputs via the keypad, I don't need to connect to the control panel - TRUE ????

You can check the status of the inputs by long pressing the 1 key, as long as you have activated this function in the control panel (Data -> Structure and hardware -> Hardware -> Keypads -> State inspections)

Don't be afraid of the computer! connect the cable to the control panel and run the DLOADX program and the tab for viewing inputs and outputs will be easier because you can observe both inputs and outputs. You can also use the keyboard, as the colleague wrote above, but you only have the status of inputs. If you are in the installation phase, starting the system, it is better to check everything using the preview tab of the status of inputs and outputs of the Dloadx program than to tap the keyboard. The program will cover everything at once.

You can solve the problem without a computer - look for the "Message after tamper alarm" option in the Service Mode and uncheck :-)

Problem solved. Cause - tamper contact of the housing.

Since the problem is solved, I close the topic.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a newly installed Integra 32 control panel displaying the message "There was a tamper, call service." Users suggest checking system options in DLOADX to disable the message, but note that it may reappear if the tamper condition persists. Possible causes include a 24-hour tamper zone violation or improper contact with the keyboard tamper. Users recommend verifying the status of tamper inputs through DLOADX or the keypad, ensuring proper connections, and checking for any issues with detector resistors. Ultimately, the problem was resolved by addressing the housing tamper contact.
