At the customer's site, I replaced the Integra 32 board with inoperative memory for another one that has already returned from the site with a new bone.
When replacing the disc, we decided to mount the ETHM-1 Plus module.
A new soft 1.18 uploaded to the control panel, the module connects to the server, has been assigned an ID number.
Unfortunately, the application on the phone displays such a message as in the picture.
I am asking for comments because I do not know what's going on here.

Write something more. Do you have an RS cable between the ethm and the control panel, what functions are running, what keys are introduced, because it is so hard to predict the grounds.

The disc was updated to the latest version 1.18 a moment ago
After talking to the technical department, they immediately stated that the GUARDIX ID was not entered.
And so it was, after entering the identifier manually, the connection to the application works.

    My question to Satel:
What the hell are the messages that the installers don't tell us?
Either the messages will be immediately readable for the installer, or have Satel create tables with explanations as to what their messages mean "control panel not ready".

Unfortunately, in this case it is not SATEL's fault. Simply as the installer who read the manual !!! you should know what needs to be introduced for it to work properly.
As you noticed, I asked you the same.

The fact that the CDs have memories is also not their fault?
That for several years they have not been able to do the function of assigning specific sounds to individual notifications in the Integra Control application is also not their fault?
Of course, it could be done in Perfectt, which is below the shelf ...

    I just wanted to complain.
