    Hello,
I have a problem with the Integra switchboard (7 years old). The battery ran out so I bought a new one.
    - I disconnected the power (the system, of course, went out completely)
    - I disconnected the old battery
    - connected a new battery
    - I closed the cabinet
    - I turned on the power
At this point, the system is activated and after a while (about 10 sec.) The alarm starts and the "Set clock" message appears on the keypad.
Below, characters 3 and b pop up alternately without even touching the keyboard. I am trying to enter TS and enter the service password but it does not help. I enter the password and the 3 ibi characters pop up.
Have any of you encountered such behavior? Does this require the arrival of a service technician?

    best regards

Check RTC battery on board. If you cannot enter TS, enter from the "pins".

Thank you for the quick reply. I managed to enter from the pins, but to set the clock, I have to exit TS and then the code 2b is displayed and the menu does not work. I wanted to enter DLOADX but DOWNLOADING is also in the user menu. What should I do in this case?
If I connect the power supply and remove the battery, will I not lose the settings and configuration?

Connect from pins to DloadX. Most likely the battery is dead. Replace her. You may also have lost users. If you have data in DloadX, please export a copy before connecting.
    This is very important advice.
    Read what I had.

I have replaced the battery. I connected DLOADX, set the clock. I downloaded the configuration. There are actually bushes in the users' window. I did a password reset. I disconnected the power, reconnected and .... started the alarm wailing. I don't want to tire my neighbors today. I'll come back to the topic tomorrow.
I have the system configuration in the file from a few days ago. Can I load it with DLOADX tomorrow without any problems? Maybe everything will be back to normal?

It seems like it's almost ok. In general, most of the settings have been kept. However, not all, for example, some of the detectors had a permanent lock, no access to keypads (but probably related to bushes), the gong signal on the keypad had to be turned off after violation, etc. The rest will probably come out over time. Thank you for your help. Best regards.
