    Hello

    For Integra 32 Satel

Such a matter. During painting, I violated the reconstruction of the LCD keypad. It began to howl. I pressed the cover back in, entered the user's password and the alarm stopped. A tamper message appeared on the display. I tried to enter the service mode to clear the message. Unfortunately no access - service mode blocked. Is the reset "from pins" waiting for me in the given case, or is it possible that it is a time block?

    Regards
    Wojtek

If you start the service access, then clearing the message: "There was sabotage, call the service" (I assume that this is the message, but a colleague has not written it) is done by the following sequence:
    Service code + # (not *).

Entering the service password and # throws me no access to TS or something like that and the message about sabotage hangs on.

I think my friend is making balls. After all, a colleague got a message from a colleague sosarka to start the service access first ...

Sorry, gentlemen. This is new to me, I am still in the dark in this topic. Is the administrator and service password one and the same? I bought a house with this alarm and the former owner only left me the user code and service code.

No - as the name suggests.
Enter the code you are arming, end it with * instead of #, check if you have Service Access on the list of options.

    My friend.
After entering the service code (by default 12345) and confirming # the tamper message should be cleared.
If you do not know the service password and you do not have access to the service, then you need to reset "from pins".

By the way, I find it a bit strange that the previous owner did not provide the colleague with an administrator password, it is best to connect the control panel to the computer and manage users according to your needs.

If the service access is blocked, it will not do it this way only as described above:

Enter the Administrator password, press *, look for Service access # enter time #, enter the TS.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a user experiencing issues with the Integra 32 alarm system after a tamper event caused by a damaged LCD keypad. The user is unable to access the service mode to clear a tamper message, leading to inquiries about potential resets or time blocks. Responses suggest entering the correct service code, confirming access through the administrator level, and clarifying the difference between user and service passwords. If access remains blocked, a reset "from pins" may be necessary. The importance of obtaining the administrator password from the previous owner is also highlighted.
