Satel Integra 128 WRL: No DTR Signal on RS Port with ETHM-1 Module

Hello, I have a Satel integra 128 WRL control panel. After connecting the ethm-1 module to the control panel with the rj/pin5 cable, I keep getting a message as above. I can normally connect dloadx to the control panel via rs232, but I can't connect via ethm-1. Options marked in tel. options:
-remote modem
-external modem
-ISDN/GSM/ETHM modem

and still nothing, has anyone experienced this problem? Satel claims that the cable connecting the PBX to the ethm is faulty, so I bought a new one and still the same problem, also it is not the cable's fault. Thank you very much for any help.

The reason for such a message may be a damaged RS port in the ETHM-1 module. In my case, an "expert" connected the RS port of the ETHM-1 with the SW port of the VOICE Synthezer, which resulted in damage to the ETHM module. After replacing the module with a new one and connecting it with the RS port of the control panel (RJ connector), the communication runs correctly. The faulty module is also faulty when connected to another PBX (no DTR signal on the RS port). So try replacing the ETHM module with a new one and everything should work fine.

Mate, I think we must have been working with the same specialist, because he connected me in the same way, but the rs port is theoretically working on the ethm-1 because it updates the software without any problem.

The software update may not use flow control, thus the lack of DTR may not interfere with this.
Of course this doesn't mean the DTR is messed up, it's best to just check with a meter what it's putting out there (it should be -12v or +12v depending on the condition).

On my ETHM module everything works except communication over RS. You can log in to the module via Guarda and view the PBX, but you cannot via DloadX from the LAN. Only the control panel lets you know that there is no signal. I will try to connect it under the meters and see where the fault is. Maybe it is possible to fool the control panel by simulating the presence of a DTR signal.

Your control panel and ETHM module are operational. The cable which is used to update the software in the ETHM module is not suitable for connection to the control panel (although it has identical plugs). The cable for connection to the control panel must be interleaved on pins 2,3 and 4,5. In addition, from newer software versions we do not enable the option: "Reply - modem" only "Reply ETHM/GSM".

xckrzysin I confirm what the colleague above wrote,today at me the same message connectivity with Mobile KPD and connection with Dloadem X is missing at me it turned out that after replacing the plug for RS everything returned to normal.
