    Hello!
I have a problem (although I do not know if he asks a question in a good topic) with the radiator valve in the apartment, and I will have to fill them with water this week.
    Well, I have such valves

And I do not know how they should be set so that they are unscrewed. I will describe it like this: when they were in the position as shown in the pictures (apart from the second one, the other one is in another [roommate] room, so I did not hear if the air was coming out) it was because of these tips at the top the air was coming out recently (when the cooperative got married). Are they to be "unscrewed" in this position and water could get to them, or should the valve be turned? she doesn't know how it is supposed to be :| Sory, I know it's a stupid question, but I've never had a thing like this before :D thanks for the help

Generally - handle along the valve - open, handle perpendicular to the valve - closed.

Thank you for your quick reply :)
meaning correctly?: first photo: unscrewed; second (I made a mistake and added the same photo twice instead of another, third valve): closed? And leave it in the "unscrewed" position when they will pour water? or how? And in the first and the second, this "cap" at the top is unscrewed. Screw it? (I do not know why it was unscrewed ...) recently air was blowing through them with quite high pressure and then it stopped (and how did I turn the first valve to perpendicular it stopped)
Forgive the stupid questions, but I don't know anything about this ...
