If you do not know what the L1 L2 L3 N markings and this strange mark are, you better not start trying to figure it out. you don't even know why it is 400 and 230 V. Save yourself and your loved ones

I assume that you have a 5-wire installation in your home.
You connect the brown cable to L1, or L2, or L3
You connect the blue cable under N
You connect the yellow-green cable to this strange sign (the thickest pin), it is a protective one.

Someone noticed that this socket was secured because it cannot be bigger than 16A.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around converting a 400V socket to a 230V output. The user inquires about the correct connections for a 5-pin socket labeled L1, L2, L3, N, and a protective pin. Responses emphasize the importance of safety, advising the user to consult an electrician if unsure. A suggested connection method includes connecting a brown cable to one of the L pins (L1, L2, or L3), a blue cable to N, and a yellow-green cable to the protective pin. Additional clarifications about the orientation of the pins and the socket's current rating (not exceeding 16A) are also provided.
