I received my driving license on April 23, 2001, can I still drive with it, or has it expired a long time ago and I am threatened with a fine and loss of insurance for a new license in the event of an accident.
How much will I pay the fine, if so?

Don't write nonsense. The same action was carried out a few years ago, when exchanging "paper" driving licenses - only PLN 50, driving without a driving license. The rights do not expire due to the obligation to replace the document itself. Puki which are important - if there is no explicit restriction in them - such as "driving license issued on time", resulting, for example, from the need to submit a medical certificate to the office after a specified period. If they are issued without time, they are valid until the exchange schedule is announced by the appropriate minister / ministry, in order to harmonize the documents with the applicable requirements - at the moment, two types of driving license forms are in use anyway - plastic "old", issued from at least 2000, and later "EU".
