    I warmly welcome

In December 2016, I lost a permanent report from address 'x' in city 'X'. However, I lived in the village of 'Y' and I did not care about it ;) .
Before moving to the village of 'Z' (in November 2017) I registered permanently at 'a' in the town 'X', i.e. in the same place where I had a registered car invariably.

Only now I realized that I have to replace / update the documents ... I have a few questions:

    1. Do I need to exchange a registration document, or is it enough to update the current one?
    2. Will the registration numbers remain the same?
    3. Should I actually go to the office in 'Z' where I live but I do not have any registration?
    4. Do I have to exchange my driving license (I have since the news ... ie 98 years)?
    5. If I need to exchange my driving license, do I give my registered or residence address?
    6. Do I need to arrange the above matters in the 'X' locality or do it in any, eg 'Z'?

    greetings

And how are the cities apart from each other what their affiliation to communication departments is.

If you have a report in City A and you live in B without a check-in, it's okay to have a car registered in A. You can always insist that you live there ;) .

However, it depends on how the address on the proof is interpreted
be it address of residence or registration.
Then you either have to change always when you change your place of residence or only when you change the report.

However, you should be registered where you live for other reasons but that was not the question.

    1) You should change it with the change of the report, the data in the registration document should reflect the actual state and in the event of some changes you have a specific time (30 days) to comply with the facts, on the other hand I did not meet with someone he hooked like a maiden name, but maybe I have not heard much in my life or bragging. However, if a policeman sees other data in the license and others on the driving license or ID card, it already has reasons to believe that the data in one of the documents does not reflect the actual state and keep the document. The translation I lived here later may rather not give anything.

    2) if it is the same subordination to the communication department and the boards are important, then most likely such exchanges will be subject to new tables without EU stars

    3) And what will you tell them that you have not fulfilled the obligation to check-in?
The case is slippery, especially as it should be assumed that the residence address is not registered in the ID card. All in all, an interesting case would have to determine what the address is.

    4) I do not know how it is in your case but there is an address in my lawsuit ;) so see first paragraph.
At the police, the discrepancy will catch faster because during every check the routine checking of the delinquent in the system is done to me so recently that the juices checked how I "picked" the mandaca behind the tracks. I tell them that I do not know anything about it, that I have something on my conscience on what the guest laughs that these controls are routine but a week ago they had a delinquent who just learned from them that he has a problem. On the other hand, a recently-known friend from the road turned blue due to an unpaid fine in the US. Buddy had just such a period that he changed the rented apartments before he settled down because there was still something wrong and he lived in different places the company headquarters also changed (for this apartment he was looking for) and he found out about correctly delivered information about the change of the fine for arrest ;) .
If you have a right from 98 you probably have an indefinite time because you would not have my 98 during the exchange you will lose an entry with an unlimited time the driving license will change from 15 years to 15 years max. Since then, there have already been two changes to the model driving license, 2004 added stars and in 2013 they changed the design even more.

    5) Officials always first of all interested in the address of registration, unless it is otherwise written, eg in the case of the junk bill where the state is declared or if the field correspondence address which is an official prosthesis is quite fictitious at this registration address and the citizens' attitude to the registration obligation is quite ambivalent.
If someone changes their place of residence often, he would go with the bags on the same document changes.

    6) All matters are dealt with in principle at the office that is appropriate due to the check-in.
Of course there are some exceptions, for example a trusted profile you can confirm from anywhere, and you can pay to the tax office in Opole.

    Edit
I took a look at a few requests for change of evidence and they want a home address instead of a registered address.
However, there is no drama because all in all it turns out that not every move is a change of place of residence which is so interesting that when we move somewhere for a moment without plans to stay in this place is not our place of residence. Maybe nobody cares for it.
I do not know about my colleagues, but I would think that only changing the place of registration should involve changing the data in the ID card because you can always say that you are moving for a while.

    Thanks for the extensive answer.
    To simplify the topic:

I have a new ID card where there is no more information about the place of registration.
Both the registration and legal documents have the same address 'x' in the locality 'X'
Does the police, in case of detention, verify the place of registration in any way?
Because if not, I will leave the current data, especially since my brother lives at the address 'x' in the town 'X' ;)

You now have a check-in at address X and a personal ID with no address. Change the ID so that you have the address entered. Registration certificate - ask if they will make an annotation or an exchange, a driving license for exchange, the boards will be the same because the same communication department of the village X. In general, do not combine with the address of residence because the legal letter also requires a report.
In general, I would not even DR and PJ did not move because hardly anyone will be clinging to it and even if it is "sir, lady policeman, but at the present moment I do not have money, moving, renovation, furniture, etc., I will replace documents as soon as I go".

You have 30 days to update the data in the registration document, while the driving license is only 14 - when both controls contain outdated data during the inspection, they will be stopped with a receipt. In practice, probably no one is interested in where you are registered, until you write a ticket for an offense / collision, or search by the operator of the CANARD system in order to pick up a commemorative photo from a yellow booth.
