Epson SX230 printer - error E01 is displayed immediately after turning on the printer. Nothing can be done - there is only an inscription to turn off the printer. Error E01 suggests a paper jam but the paper is not jammed. Please suggest what to do with this error.

Hello! Today I also had the same problem, I did not find anything interesting except this post was not there. It popped up after turning on error E01 I solved the problem myself - it was caused by a paper jam and you wished there was nothing but the printer did not work. The same error popped up. Because there was nothing to see I pulled the head off forcefully (I figured there's nothing to lose) and it turned out that underneath it was a piece of paper some garbage - so the head did not move. The printer immediately went back to normal. It works and is fine. Good luck
