In my opinion you have something with the system.
I had the same with the phone and it was enough to give "factory settings" there.
You probably need to upload a new system to your computer ..

I will not even write how nonsensical this comment is ... If you have no idea what a computer is, let it go ...

In the BIOS settings there is something like "wake up on ring" or similar things, they are related to "waking up" the computer remotely, eg via the net. Try to disable all of these types of options.

I assume there are some windows here
In XP, you would click it in turn:
Control Panel / Power Options Advanced tab there you have the power buttons :D

and here you have options to choose from and you can swap.

Still goes in the registry, but I do not recommend. Easy to sprinkle

There is nothing to do with it here. Only here you can set whether the device should operate in the mode of maximum efficiency or energy saving ...

Dear kcpr11, did you follow the advice in the link you got from the user blue55? There you have, from post 6, what to do to find devices or anything that can "wake up" the computer. Take it, do it, and it will work.

I have already succeeded. It's a bad network card. Thanks for the help. Subject to be closed.
