    Hello

I want to buy a repeater (2.4Ghz) to increase the range of wifi in a large building.
The problem is that I do not know if I have a 2.4Ghz or 5GHz network. How can you check it?

    What makes this WiFi network?
Everything will be in the settings of this equipment.

    At 99% 2.4GHz.

Upload inSSIDer and if you have a 5GHz card, you will see if the router is transmitting in this frequency. Besides, it's worth reading :!: Eg router manual

I have a router that works in 2 frequency standards, so I will not deduce what it is currently working in.

inSSIDer unfortunately does not work on XP.

I installed Network Stumbler, but after detecting my network, it does not say anything whether my network is 2.4 or 5.

    Added after 1 [minutes]:

My error, the router only works in the 2.4Ghz standard. So the answer is obvious.
