Do you have the option of connecting a mouse or keyboard under ps / 2? Then you could use, for example, system restore or install other / proper drivers.

You can also try to boot from the Windows installation disc and select the restore options there.

If the mouse and keyboard do not work, try changing the bios settings. What Bios do I have? Because I know that some bios have USB keyboard and mouse settings to work properly. If I don't have any settings, change the USB port because the computer may not read the device from it.

I was poking something in Bios but nothing came of it and I don't know if it is a version but it gives E7996IMS.250

@ dzimen11 the author wrote that it stopped working after the change of drivers, so it has nothing to do with the bios, and the options you write about are for USB keyboard and mouse support.

Enter safe mode and reinstall the keyboard and mouse driver there or look at the link I gave. Or maybe you had some update at that time because maybe it caused an error?

@ dzimen11 did you read the author's first post at all?

    I especially recommend:
    > I accidentally reinstalled the USB port drivers yesterday
    and:
    > Ps. In safe mode also do not work

Everything you need has already been given, without the ps / 2 keyboard or restoring with the help of the disc the author will not fix anything.

I'm sorry I didn't read the last one.

Nothing else - either mouse or keyboard on PS2 or try to boot the PC from the Windows installer and choose restore.
If you get a mouse or keyboard then you can still enter the control panel - troubleshooting - hardware and sound. You will do an automatic repair. For me on Win10 I did in a situation like yours having only a PS2 keyboard and surprisingly automatic repair worked.

I found such a keyboard with PS2 but I don't want to work if it doesn't work, I'll just look for a new one somewhere

Even before I close the topic after logging in to the desktop I have a problem installing the mouse and keyboard drivers

    They should install themselves.

In the manager, choose to restore the previous version of the usb controller driver whose drivers you previously updated.

Topic summary

The user experienced a failure of the mouse and keyboard to function on the Windows 7 login screen after accidentally reinstalling USB port drivers. Despite the devices working in BIOS, they were unresponsive in safe mode and during login. Suggestions included using PS/2 connections for the keyboard and mouse, booting from a Windows installation disc to access restore options, and checking BIOS settings for USB support. The user later found a PS/2 keyboard, which resolved the issue, allowing the installation of the necessary drivers.
