    Hello
I am a layman in electricity.
I have a light switch in the wall and I would like to make an electric socket next to it (cables led from the switch because there is no other option).
I have 3 cables in the box, two of which are connected and the third is insulated. The question is how to connect it to make it good.

There is usually no zero and phase in the light switch box, so connection is impossible. The only sensible option is to route from a junction box.

    Hello.
Buddy, you are wrong, one pole must be.
An insulated wire was probably used for a two-key switch, e.g. for a chandelier.

You cannot lead the wires to the socket from the switch so that it works properly because there are no two poles, i.e. L and N.

Hello, the connection is possible, but it can only be a socket without grounding. The insulated wire can be used to introduce the zero to the switch box, then from there lead the two-wire cable (phase from the switch and the zero introduced) to the box with the socket.

Which is why you should think ten times if you can do it.
    greetings

I connected all the sockets by myself in the apartment without much problem. I am afraid of electricity, so I always check 5 times before touching the cable.
Can I have a connection diagram?

But the operation also applies to junction box manipulation, so be extra careful !! I will write what and how, but you do it at your own risk!
First of all, in the box above the switch, find the wire that connects it to the switch. One wire will be connected to the phase, and the other two will be connected directly to the two wires of the wire going to the lamp. Of these two wires, you are interested in the one that is insulated in the switch box. It should be disconnected from the lamp and connected to zero. This way you will have both phase and zero in the breaker box. You put the box for the socket, you run the wire. Now you locate the phase wire in the switch box and connect to it (without disconnecting from the switch itself) the wire from the socket. You connect the second one to the previously entered zero.
    I greet you
