DOES NOT WORK - The pad does not work, although it will detect it and install it

I bought the rains Media-tech MT1507. it is not very significant because whatever it is, it should work. The automatic installation was successful, detecting it in your devices as a joystick or something. Windows 8 makes it difficult to find any drivers, but I don't think that is conical at all. OK, the pad works, but when I turn on the pes 2014 game (football), it does not detect this rain in the settings, also in the game - logical.

And hence my question, how to do it, as I say, there is a pad but it does not work, windows 8 drivers, no usb goes as always, and the problem has been thrilling me for a few hours and I feel damned because I wanted to connect from ps3 (motionjoy, fun up to 2 in at night and nothing, supposedly it was raining from ps3 but it does not work in pesie in settings. So I bought a controller for the PC and also threads ...

I don't know about PES 2014, but in older versions of this game, to activate the joypad you need to run the setting before starting the game - did you check it?

We did not understand each other. Copy the Xinput program (link I provided) to the game folder. Run Xinput, then setting, and then check.

Ok, after turning on this program, the pad worked in the game but settings cannot see it. And you can't change the keys, turn on the analogs, everything is the other way around. In the game I can not change it and it is as it should, and the settings, as I mentioned, are not even available, they do not read it there. I tried all the options. I would still manage to change the keys, but mainly the problem with analogs. I will add that the ps3 pad has no analog switch.
