Hello, I bought a wireless genesis p65 pad, after connecting and calibrating it in all the games I used it (The Witcher 3, PES 2017, The Crew, NFS, AC) there were effects as if the pad was freezing, choking. Sometimes for a short moment he did not respond to commands, clicks, and sometimes he would hang and the figure was walking or turning to one side for a while. Earlier I had a wired Gioteck vx-2 and this problem also occurred while playing on a PC.
    I have Win 10 64 bit.
    I am asking for advice.

Since both pads have the same problem, it must be assumed that something is interfering with radio communication.
Do you have any such devices nearby? Wi-Fi 2.4GHz?
The diagnosis would be facilitated by providing a list of components.

Yes, I have a wifi router right under my desk

    I5-6500
    GTX 1060
    MSI b150m bazooka
    Toshiba P300
    hyperx 8gb ram

I would like to add that this pad from Gioteck was wired, but it got cut sometimes.

Then disconnect diagnostically and play "single".

I have to turn off the router, yes?
    Diagnostically?

Yes. This is what I proposed.

No, this is not the fact that there are still second cuts at the witcher, such as turning the camera left and right
And at the beginning, when I start the game, everything is normal, only gradually everything starts to fall, first it cuts gently, almost imperceptibly and with every minute these pendants are longer.

I don't know. I live in a block of flats. Next to me, as well as below and above me, people also have wifi routers but it's probably too large a range for it to interfere with the pad?

This is important info. But for the record - it's not the game stutters, it's the controls itself, right?
In that case, I would look for the problem in USB, because this is how both pads are connected.
Enter the model and brand of power supply.

Yep, the games run smooth as hell, the problem is the controls.

Even when my friend comes back, he will try to see how this controller works. If it is fine with him, it means that the product is working, only something is fucking with me.

    Ok, I'll see you soon.

But the question is, how should I open this program?

Write where you connect to USB. Try rear USB ports. The front ones tend to be of poor quality due to the long, thin, non-connecting Chinese "conductors" that collect noise.

You fire up bootable linux and install the program from the Internet under it.

It is worth measuring the voltage from the power supply with a meter:

Up-to-date drivers are also required for windows chipset and USB .

I connected both the front and rear ports with the same effect. I updated the BIOS about a month ago or earlier. Everything works very well in this tester. For 5 minutes, I was turning knobs, clicking buttons, and nothing was stuck. I downloaded another tester and everything was fine too. It turns out that when you start games, writing something ugly is crazy.

It turns out that there is something wrong with your system. Not hardware, but software.
Please update USB drivers yet. If that doesn't help, the format may be necessary. Usually it's a last resort, but in this case it will just be faster.
Just don't forget to start uploading from motherboard chipset driver .

You mean to upload the chipset drivers right after the format? Then all the crap?
And the usb drivers are to update from Intel?

Yes. Before the format, try both of these steps.

Okay, I installed the drivers, and indeed the testers now show crashing raining quite often.
I also reset the bios settings to the factory settings, now this pad cuts every 2-3 seconds

But it's also strange because the closer to this "usb plug", the more the pad jams. I set it raining on and it runs smoothly.

It is still the same. Anyway, I had to do the format but it did not change the correct operation of the controller. I will try to charge it again because it may be a draining battery, but I don't really believe that it will be it. On one of the pages that is testing this, I came across a user who had the same problem as me, except that he is on ps3. Just like him he gets cut when playing.

"Hello, gentlemen, maybe you can advise something .. I have a small problem with the PV65, or actually the two I bought. While playing fifa, the pad" freezes "from time to time, the player just runs one way and only after a few good seconds all the diodes will flash a few times and the pad returns to normal. Do you know what could be wrong? I thought it was discharging, but when I connect it to charging it also happens "

He's like the LEDs shine when he gets jammed, but not me, mine just gets stuck.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around issues experienced with a Wireless Genesis P65 pad, which freezes and lags during gameplay in titles such as The Witcher 3, PES 2017, The Crew, NFS, and AC on a Windows 10 system. The user reports similar problems with a previous wired Gioteck VX-2 pad. Potential causes identified include interference from nearby 2.4GHz Wi-Fi routers, USB connection issues, and outdated drivers. Suggestions for troubleshooting include disconnecting the Wi-Fi router, testing the pad with different USB ports, updating USB and chipset drivers, and performing a system format if necessary. The user also noted that the pad's performance worsens the closer it is to the USB plug, indicating possible interference or power supply issues.
