Hello Gentlemen, I need your help to regenerate your Toshiba A660 battery. What made me repair it myself ?? and the honesty of our sellers and companies refreshing batteries. I know that you can not throw all of them into one sack, but I've cut myself twice, that's enough.

Today, since the morning, I've looked at half as much as half the threads on the electrode for laptop battery regeneration. Unfortunately, not everything is clear to me :( . I know that you need the most meticulous data, so I put such on the screen. There is one more thing that made me write a thread and attempt to repair this battery. My battery lasted a few days ago about 1.5 to 2 hours. From day to day it fell and now it lasts max 5 minutes, let's say I turn on the laptop on it but after a few minutes it rains.
The data that I present to you shows that it has only 5% capacity :( . Unfortunately, if the field of IT is not foreign to me, then electronics in the literal word in this sense already so, hence my request for help.
Below I place a screnny and photo measurements and data. My questions.

    1. Will I handle the exchange without specialist equipment ??
    2. Do you buy links on allegro ?? or maybe in the store ??
    3. Are they definitely links, or maybe electronics has fallen to me, how to check it out.

You should read the hanged topics carefully.

On one section of the cell you have 4.10V, on the other two 4.15V. Too large voltage differences. According to the suspended topics, you should test the package, everything is described. It looks like it's the links' fault. How old is the battery, 3 - 4? Cells undergo chemical processes, after which the internal resistance of the cells increases. Without special equipment, you will not measure this resistance.
The nominal energy is 48.6 Wh, for a new battery the energy at full charge equals the first one. This is 2.6 Wh. It is also not known how many charging cycles the battery has
If you mentioned the links yourself, with the reset of electronics already worse, I see that links sanyo, so the electronics also probably sanyo. You did not show the picture on the other side of the pcb board, there are processors, give them symbols. I can only guess that there is a BQ8030 or BQ80201 there and programs to reset them are expensive.

krzychu1985 ^ You know what I've read before and now again with these themes, it actually turns out to be links. Unfortunately, you were worried about the electronic reset, that you have to do it with quite expensive programs. Let's say that, however, I decide to exchange the links ?? how much can it cost, say, electronics reset ?? because I'm wondering whether to take care of it or just buy a new original ?? let's say in the Toshiba store ??

Just in case, he gives you a photo of the other side of electronics.

The battery is sanyo, which can be seen after the board is marked: SI-xxxxxxx. To reset this electronics, Sanyo Tool is necessary. As for the links, you can buy what you want and where you want. However, the links themselves are not everything.

Thanks for the answer, how old it sounds. After a longer exchange of e-mails and reading the entire Department of Battery Regeneration, I say that I will simply buy a new battery. I decided to do so Link Make a computer or setting up a system and network is one thing, but here I see that I have fallen on the whole line.
As for the links, I will not agree with you that you can buy what I want and where I want. I was more interested in advice, what links do you recommend, maybe there are some better sanyo that would fit, maybe some favorite and reliable supplier. At the moment, it does not matter much.
    Can be closed.
Thanks to everyone for the answer.

    edit:

Out of curiosity I checked sanyo tool :) 3200 USD, I do not know, maybe next time I'll decide :) :D

Well, I sent you PW in this case :) . It all depends on what will be the answer of one company, if I am nice battery on good links, I will decide for a new one, I will regenerate it anyway, because my battery, as mentioned earlier, gets burned, 3-4 times a day, and it is a power supply, and it's a car, so that :)
