So that you don't have a muddy place on your shoulder for the time being - use the CCleaner program.
Move music, movies and pictures, for example, cut / paste to D. And then make shortcuts to it on the desktop.

    Impossible.
    1. Find the savegame and save it in a safe place :)
    2. Uninstall games / progsy from C and install on D.
    3. Put the saved savegames in the appropriate places.
    4. Here it gets complicated - each game has a save in different places. Eg saves for dirt series games are the most difficult mics to "migrate".

Write what games you want to transfer.

Create the appropriate files (music, movies, images) on disk D and move them from disk ?. It is better for you to perfectly study the post-computer manual, where all your questions are answered.

I would like to transfer FIFA World, in this game you do not need to transfer your save, because it's a game through Origin and everything is saved, because you can log into your account on another computer and play this game on your account. I do not want to uninstall it because I have such a dick ... net that I will be installing it 5h ...

    Have you used CCleaner?
If such a problem with FIFA, don't move it - deal with movies and music.
And for the future, make a small partition with the system and do not install anything on it except ... the system!

    Doable, doable.

Read about symbolic links for Windows. You can copy the entire folder from program files anywhere and then create a link named the moved folder.

And yes, sometimes I "pick up" forum users, and I can see that you can learn a lot.
However, since it is doable it does not mean that it is not a problematic, especially since the topic has already landed in the sandbox. Various programs have files in a lot of places on the disk and need their own paths. According to me maybe feasible ... but at what cost?

ps. Thanks for the info anyway!

I don't know why he ended up in the sandbox, because the question wasn't stupid at all. If the question was about relocating the server's resources or something like that, it would probably be a big deal.

And it won't make a mess. Because both Windows and all other programs will "think" they are still using the C drive. It's just a matter of freeing up space. It does not matter whether part of the data is symbolically linked to C and the other part to D. everything is fine and buzzing.

Sometimes Microsoft learns something from Linux.

So you have 'mulenie' out of your head for now, now switch your movies and muse to D, and then if you have important programs, do as he advises gpos . Greetings

Topic summary

To transfer programs, games, music, and movies from the C drive to the D drive, users can start by moving personal files like music and movies directly to the D drive and creating shortcuts on the desktop for easy access. For games and programs, it is generally recommended to uninstall them from the C drive and reinstall them on the D drive to avoid complications, as many applications have specific file paths that may not function correctly if simply moved. Users can also explore using symbolic links in Windows to create references to moved folders, allowing programs to operate as if they are still on the C drive. Tools like CCleaner can help free up space on the C drive before transferring files. The discussion highlights the importance of managing disk space effectively to prevent system lag.
