What do you want to do this? Just install programs and keep files on another partition / disk.

I have a small SSD disk and I work mainly on files kept on the desktop. I know it is a matter of habit but I check if it can be done.

The easiest way would be to back up the whole disk, especially as it is small :)

    e.g. Acronis True Image

You can make a copy of files and store on the net, etc ...

Ok, but I wanted to move to another magnetic disk what I use and that the desktop was taken from there. Can you do something like that?

It changes things. Enter in C: \ users \ username click right on the "desktop" directory -> properties -> location tab
And there you will have options that interest you :)
