I have a Termet Mini Max gas dual-function boiler with an open combustion chamber. After turning on the hot water tap, the stove turns on and lights the flame on the main burner, but after about 30 seconds the flame on the burner goes out (the stove continues to operate) and error E01 appears on the display. After about 29 seconds, the flame lights up again, the symbol disappears and the hot water is running. And this situation repeats itself over and over again. Please help.

After all, this link clearly explains what may be the cause of these error codes, so follow them.

so you call a service technician, in other words, because you can`t fix it yourself.

No one will give more specific advice in this case - because to get more specific help, you need to be at the boiler. You need to measure the gas pressure on the secondary side. Correct and adjust if necessary. Clean the ionization electrode. Remove and clean the main exchanger (open chamber - it must be clean).
Check whether exhaust gases are discharged correctly.

I have a similar problem, but the service technician sees it for the first time. The cooker lights up, reheats to the set temperature of 57 deg, holds for a while until it heats up. The flame is on hold for 15 min and error E01 pops up.

Gas pressure is there, furnace cleaned, ionising diode new.

And so the error disappears a few times, fires up again, reaches 57, 58, 59 and error E01. Has anyone had something like this?

The cooker has a Termet MiniMax Eco with an open chamber.
