    Hi there,

I am a newbie in this forum,

I am trying to fix inverter ALFA IN Alfin 140. On the board there is one part with a clear marking ST90c735. This part is damaged. It warms up when voltage applied to it.

When I search for this part on the internet - Google, I can not find any information or datasheet.

Attached are pictures of the parts on PCB. Supposedly the whole circuit on the PCB generates pulses for IGBT transistors of the inverter. Other IOs around are OP07C, HEF40106BT, HEF4066BT and HEF4013B. These IOs are available on the internet but ST90c735 is not. I would guess that ST90c735 will be a substitute of some common IO.

I have found one post on this forum from Kierko from 24 Feb 2008 at 17:41 called:
    Spawarka inwertorowa 45-140A 60kHz na UC3526.
Kierko has sent pictures of the Inverter PCB WECO140T.rar
    Link: https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic745942-150.html#4841435

In the WECO140T.rar file in this post there are the same pictures as mine PCB. There is also the IO but the mark on the IO is not clear at all.

Also from Kierko’s post I see that Alfin 140 is identical to WECO Discovery 140, 150, 160.

On 26 Feb 2008 07:46 Kierko is also talking about the parts pollution on the PCB here:
    https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic1244183-330.html

What do you think? Could someone help me with the identification of this IC?

    Thanks

    Martin

It seems to be clear now! It is double comparator LM319.

I completely overlooked the 319 on the part.

Inverter is quite burned out. This is the 4th IO damaged. Hopefully last :-).

    Good luck to everyone. Martin
