AUDI A4 B5 1996: Re-Coding Central Locking Remote Control Post Button Repair

I have a problem with coding the remote control for the AUDI A4 b5 1996
The remote control once worked normally, only the button fell off and I opened the car with the key, it took about 5 months. I fixed the remote and replaced the battery, tried to code it as stated here on the forum but the remote still doesn't work. About 3 years ago I coded the remote myself, but I don't remember exactly what it looked like. All I know is that there were a couple of coding methods and not all of them worked.

1. put our new key into the ignition and turn it to the ignition
2. put a good key in the driver's door
3. turn the key in the door to the right and hold it
4.at the same time, when the key is turned to the right in the door, press the button to unlock the door, the key in the ignition switch for 2 seconds ... it should blink the lights
5. after 2 seconds, press the same button again for 2 seconds
6. we can now release the key in the door and check if the remote control works

Is this a key or remote control coding?
I do not have a pocket knife key with a central one, only a key with a separate remote control.
Is it coded the same?
I still have a question on the 4th point

Of course. This is an exact remote. Original procedures will not be effective. You have to find the control unit in the car - check what exactly is the model (name) and you can look for the procedure for coding the remote control.

this is most likely some old cobra, look for the cobra car alarm remote programming instructions, I think I saw somewhere on the electrode

"you press two buttons on the remote control (at once) and hold for about 15 seconds until the LED stops flashing, you release then the LED lights up and is on all the time
- when the LED is on, you lock the car with the key (I closed the driver's door)

I have a request to my colleagues and I apologize in advance for the excavation, but something stupid happened and the central pilots both got off the hook. Applies to audi a4b5 97r 1.8 adr. Searching for the fault, I left one key in the ignition switch and, not knowing about it, I closed the door and wanted to close the car with the remote control and it turned out that it was impossible and the trunk gave a signal for a moment. I tried to press in reflex: / then I realized that the key was left. When I took it out, it was not possible to lock the car with the remote control by any of the two previously operating keys. I used the procedure of adding a ball (remote control) by holding one in the lock, the other in the ignition and I managed to add but only one of the two. I tried to connect quickly with a vag (viaken vscan such a gameboy) but it does not connect with the lock. The keys are original, nothing has been added, it is not a pocket knife, just a simple key with two buttons. Will you guide to the procedure? If it was possible to encode them, maybe they can be encoded?

Of course, I would like to thank all the specialists for their help (it means the total lack of it) and give a procedure that encoded 2 keys:

1. We open the car with any key. (car open)

2. Put the spare key into the ignition and turn on the ignition. (we will code the main key to the key no. 1)

3. We get out of the car and put the main key in the driver's lock and lock the car.

5. After closing, within 5 seconds, press the door opening on the main remote control.

6. The car will blink, wait another 5 seconds and press the door opening again.

7. The car should open.

8. We turn off the ignition, take out the spare key. We put the main key in the ignition and turn the ignition. (we will code the spare key to the key No. 2)

9. Leave the car and put the spare key into the driver's lock and lock the car.

10. After closing, within 5 seconds, press the door open on the backup remote control 2 times with an interval of seconds between clicks.

11. The car should open.

12. Keys should be coded and central locking should work.
