How can I fix the “This channel is not in your subscription” message on a Cyfrowy Polsat HD6000 decoder when some free-to-air channels still work?

This is usually a decoder/card pairing issue, not a dead decoder, especially if free-to-air channels still work [#14415438] Set the decoder to Polsat Sport News on channel 13 and call BOA to ask for unpairing and re-pairing of the decoder [#14423068] Leave the decoder switched on on that channel until it goes into standby by itself, which takes about 3 hours [#14423068] After re-pairing, the problem should disappear [#14423068] This procedure was confirmed to work on another HD model as well [#14423420]

    Hello, I have a problem that I get the message "This channel is not in your subscription" I called BOA 3 times and they woke me up 3 times and there is still nothing. Several TVS channels, TVP INFO, Focus TV and Polo Tv operate. I don't know what to do with any suggestions? I have an HD6000 decoder

    Bills paid, Radio normally works on the set-top box as well as foreign channels. Baba told me on the phone that the decoder might be damaged, but how did it break itself?

    For example, switch to 13 and check what signal you have on this channel by pressing the red button on the bottom of the remote control for a long time. If both stripes are green, the decoder is under the armpit and for a new one. You really can't live 1 day without a tv :cry: ? No problem, supermarkets open tomorrow and you will find a point :D .
