Lost Cyfrowy Polsat Signal: Troubleshooting Decoder, Antenna, Converter & Cable Settings

Hello, since yesterday I am a happy owner of CP: /
After connecting the decoder and the antenna, the message no signal from the antenna is displayed check the settings and configurations of the decoder, I will add that the decoder is working, it works at the neighbor's, the converter is replaced, the antenna cable is also. I set the antenna according to the settings of the neighbor on the lower floor, I understand that it is difficult to manually determine a good signal, but that it is still zero? In the settings, both scales have 0% strength and quality, regardless of how I turn the antenna.

Nothing on the forum about connecting to the converter?

Which CP decoder? After connecting the converter, the force indication should change and be different from 0%.
Check again the earning of the F terminals if there is no short circuit or break, sometimes the hair from the screen causes a short circuit only after screwing into the socket.
Call a specialist if you do not have any experience in setting up satellite dishes, this type of antennas is not set "by eye", sometimes millimeters play a role. A professional will take reasonable money for just setting the antenna (if it has been properly installed), and you will save time and nerves.

The decoder is HD5000, in general, I first made the cable myself, i.e. I earned the terminals, etc. then I bought it ready with terminals and unfortunately the problem did not stop. Therefore, I have no idea why the strength is still 0% and therefore I do not know if it is the fault of the equipment or maybe the antenna settings

The HD5000 does not show the signal level when connected to the converter, so you have a wrong antenna position.

There are two stripes in the antenna settings:
1. Signal strength
2. Signal quality

You miss the point. The satellite dish is not positioned by eye, as at the neighbour's. Every millimeter is important. There have already been thousands of posts about setting up antennas.

You have replaced the converter, you have replaced the cable, the decoder has been checked on a different installation - it works. What other tips do you want? Set up the antenna or call a professional. You will pay from 40 to 70 PLN for the setting, depending on where you live.
