    Hello. I have a decoder from the digital Polsat HD 5500s and satellite dish (also from the digital polsat) which I have mounted on the chimney and I do not have any obstacles, I connected the wires and signal that I managed to set: signal power 80-83%, signal quality: max 50% (sometimes shows below), but after searching for channels I still do not receive anything but I write that there is no signal when I want to install channels, I get an error and I do not want to install, please help, thanks in advance.

    If set to the correct satellite, all connected correctly, the converter has the right bevel and is working, good quality cable can be deformed dish.

    You missed the antenna with the right satellite. Turning the antenna horizontally, find another place where both parameters (strength and quality) will be as good or better.

    ok problem solved, I bought a new plate and cable triset 113 and only after resetting the decoder to factory settings and selecting the satellite HOT BIRD decoder found me a lot more channels and were normally installed and everything works maybe the purchase of a new cable and plate did not give anything but bad I had selected satellite (I just do not know why the satellite hot bird 6/8/9 did not work on this but the channels searched normally), also thanks to everyone for help.

    Hello, I have a problem, I have been receiving digital channels for a few days but now I have 720x576 pop-up instead of the normal 1920x1080 resolution instead of the normal 1920x1080 resolution, I do not have channels, I have the correct signal, I searched and installed the channels again and reset the decoder, I changed the resolution on the decoder but it did not help, if anyone has an idea what can it be please help, thanks in advance.

    Hello. I would suggest to restore the decoder to the factory settings and check if the resolution in the TV settings matches the decoder resolution. greetings

    ok I restored the decoder to factory settings only I do not know why 1s jumped resolution 1920x1080, then it was changed to 720x576, each time I change the resolution in the decoder to 1920x1080 and after running the decoder automatically resets to 720x576, I changed the ports in the television hdmi but it's also nothing does not help
