    Hello.

Today I got the error mentioned above. Adblue continues to download normally and the error is not active at the moment, but I would like to know what it says.

    Thank you in advance ;)

    Possible reasons:
    - AdBlue leaks
    - bad quality of AdBlue
    - Exhalation valve does not close
    - Defective NOx sensor
    - Faulty catalytic converter
It would be nice to diagnose the SCR system if everything is fine.

I would like to add that on a section of 1000 km, the error popped up 2 times, and each time I drove up a large hill with a full load. Today there are also some hills for me so I will be watching. Adblue continues to download. About 90,000 km have already passed from replacing the filters and checking the entire system, so maybe you would have to look into the first small filter, because Adblue always refuel in Germany or Austria and from the distributor, and with such refueling, I have no guarantee that the quality is approx. .

I have not found any leaks anywhere, there is no dry and white sediment anywhere.

First, replace the filters, test the SCR system. If the dosing is correct (amount of urea dosed), it remains to check the quality of the urea. If the above is ok, you need to look for the cause in the catalyst. It was here on the forum. look and read (not necessarily only for MAN).
