LV cable in the border of the plot ap - how far is the fence from the LV cable

Hello. I want to put a fence in front of the house. I reported it to the city office, but the gentleman who accepts there said that according to the maps, near my border there is a buried LV cable from tauron. This cable supplies electricity to me and several properties next to it. g of Polish law must be the distance of this cable from my border and will I have to move the fence deep into my plot. According to city maps, the cable is laid 29 cm from the border of my plot, will it be enough? Thank you for your answers

The distance of the LV cable from the boundary line or fence should not be less than 0.5 m.
When it comes to agreeing on the planned cable route in ZUD (Documentation Reconciliation Team), individual energy utilities may also have their own guidelines.

UD doesn't exist anymore. Now there is a Coordination Meeting - more in the Geodetic and Cartographic Law.

According to the standards, smaller distances are allowed, provided that a cable sheath is used and such a solution is agreed. For example, it can be an A110PS Arota or RHDPE-d 110 pipe from another manufacturer. In such a case, Tauron should be asked for the conditions for reconstructing the collision.
