I am looking for a time controller to control a contactor with adjustable times

I'm new to the forum, not sure if I posted this topic in the right section.

I am looking for a timer controller that can control a contactor as follows:

1) Switching on the system

2) 5 seconds ( adjustable time) the contactor would be on

3) 10 min (also possibly time controlled) contactor would be off

4) then the cycle repeats until the system is manually switched off

it would be good if both times could be adjusted in this area

it can be any old controller, it just needs to perform these 2 automatic operations

i would like it not to be too expensive.
