I wonder if they put you in a bottle? I took the pump apart in 10 minutes and put it back together in 15 It was due to a grain of popcorn blocking the pump impeller. All guts look like new inside after almost three years of use, and the structure is as simple as that of a flail. Best regards and I wish you as little failure as possible.
