    Hello.
    I have a problem with the Hotpoint-Ariston LFTA + H2141HX.R (36813940100) dishwasher.
    After starting the dishwasher drains water, the overdrive valve motor works. It collects water for a while (about 5 seconds) and displays error 13 when the drain pump is switched on. I suspect damage to the washing pump control. It seems to me that the washing pump should turn on for a while before the dishwasher starts to collect water, but it does not. The module also does not supply voltage to the washing pump.
    Has anyone encountered such a failure yet?
    I will mention that this is not a problem with the detergent dispenser.

    Thank you for the hint, but I checked the pump. In addition, at startup should get voltage from the module and at least a little "moan", and nothing happens.

    I connected the washing pump to a second dishwasher. Indesit dishwasher, but the same connections.

    Then connect the pump with Indesita in Ariston and you will know if it is a pump or control :)

    Gentlemen service technicians, this error is not related to the pump only according to the service center with a dispenser for tablets and rinse aid. The theory says so, and in practice you have a burnt relay foot on the module.

    Recently, I had two dishwashers that were very similar to each other, and error 13 appeared in each.
    In the first subject, the replacement of the control module helped. All other ways have failed.
    In the second error 13 (after a while, during the program) meant a damaged washing pump. Pump blocked.
    In both the first and the second dishwasher, the error did not indicate a faulty dispenser.
