I apologize in advance because I do not know if I am writing in the right section.

Hello. Well, today I bought a 5.1 speaker set (1 main, 4 satellites + subwoofer). All the speakers are connected to the subwoofer and there are 3 cables going from it to the sound card, here is the problem. The soundboard has blue, green and pink inputs and black, green and orange in the subwoofer cables. Is there a connection option to make 5.1 work? Thank you and best regards :)

There is actually a problem because you will not connect.

Connecting 5.1 Speaker Set (1 Main, 4 Satellites, Subwoofer) to Sound Card with Mismatched Inputs

Your motherboard or sound card most likely has only these connectors:
    - pink: microphone input
    - blue: line input
    - green: 2 channels output

You need a 5.1 card for this set. Perhaps yours has the remaining outputs as not led out (additional herring with sockets needed). But the chances are slim.

I do not know if the screen is good and if its name is here.
And is it possible to buy an adapter instead of buying a new card?

First you would have to take a closer look at the option in the sound card settings. Once upon a time, on the old gigabyte board, I had the opportunity to change the functions of the 3 slots on the motherboard. They could be mic in, line in and line out as standard, or outputs to the 5.1 set. In addition, there was a separate connector on the motherboard for outputting the signal to the outside. Enter the type of motherboard, because I can see that the audio system is integrated.

Again, I don't know if I gave it a good name, but I think it's the one.

    MB - B85G-M
    for 5.1
    To blue - jack Rear L + R
    To green - Jack Front L + R
    For pink - Jack Subwoofer
For the pink (front panel) Main jack

    here is about it

Set the audio configuration to 5.1 sound
Unfortunately, if you don't have a front panel, there won't be a microphone and a main speaker :(

    you will recognize the speakers:
turn on everything not connected to the computer, set it louder. by touching the tip and center of the jack in the appropriate loudspeaker, you will hear crackling, or connect the jacks to the mp of three, the given pair of speakers will play. That's how you will recognize them.

    It should work ;)

I can't do that because three of them come out of one cable and they won't reach me from the back to the front panel :( If I understood correctly.

    And I only have 3 wires. Maybe I didn't understand something? :D

Give the type and manufacturer of these speakers. Three plugs, 4 satellites, center, subwoofer? It is as if there was a 5.1 decoder, and the signal needed a digital one. Perhaps there is a simplification and it is not full 5.1. Fill in that details, I'll see.

Well, I already know everything. You have a combined subwoofer and center :)

    In speakers:
    Green is Front
    Black to Rear
Orange is the Center and Subwoofer together (Centr-Sub)

    So we connect you with:

Green speakers to green comp (rear panel) front
Black speakers to blue comp (rear panel) rear
Orange speakers to pink comp (rear panel) cent / sub

The system in 5.1 and is going to be a riot :) Regards

Well, I connected as you wrote when testing the sound here Connecting 5.1 Speaker Set (1 Main, 4 Satellites, Subwoofer) to Sound Card with Mismatched Inputs
all the speakers sound as they should. As I test here Connecting 5.1 Speaker Set (1 Main, 4 Satellites, Subwoofer) to Sound Card with Mismatched Inputs they also play well. In the control panel and the sound card panel set to 5.1, as if everything is 'hula' :) But, for example, music still does not want to play on all five, only on the main 2. When I test, they all play and when I play the music, the two main ones play and the rest hum a little. What did I do wrong ?

This is how it should be, if the file is stereo, two speakers are playing. Look for a multi-channel music file, e.g. dts. There are also some kind of player or converter with the possibility of "scattering" the sound over the speakers. As a fan of 2-speaker sound, I don't know it anymore ;) . The cables should be as they are :)

And if I go to YouTube and type 5.1 test, should all the speakers play? For me, only the front two play :)

For example, see this one: Link . I do not have such speakers, but I conclude that if they play on the system test, the problem is caused by the soft to play, something in the browser, not the drivers.

I set up the environment as in that topic and they all work even on YouTube, but the rest is much quieter than the two front ones.

I have a question about these cables, I have Creative Inspire P5800 speakers and the set should be a 3x 3.5mm cable, but I do not have one :D
Can I connect it with three separate cables instead?

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around connecting a 5.1 speaker set, specifically the Creative Inspire T6100, to a sound card with mismatched inputs. The user initially faced challenges due to the sound card's blue, green, and pink inputs not aligning with the subwoofer's black, green, and orange outputs. Responses highlighted the need for a compatible sound card that supports 5.1 output or suggested using an adapter. It was determined that the subwoofer combines the center and subwoofer channels, requiring specific connections: green to green (front), black to blue (rear), and orange to pink (center/sub). The user successfully configured the system to output sound through all speakers during tests but encountered issues with music playback, which was attributed to the stereo nature of the audio files. Recommendations included seeking multi-channel audio files or using specific software to distribute sound across all speakers.
