Hello! Has anyone managed to control the Nateo heat pump from other tools/devices than the dedicated software and the panel on the pump? I am mainly concerned with what communication protocol is used and how the data sent between the pump and e.g. a computer is coded. I have a smart installation...

it can be difficult. Usually everything is dedicated to a specific device, unless the manufacturer provides a control application that you can download to any device

Hello!
Has anyone managed to control the Nateo heat pump from other tools/devices than the dedicated software and the panel on the pump?
I am mainly concerned with what communication protocol is used and how the data sent between the pump and e.g. a computer is coded.
I have a smart installation based on a Wago 750-881 PLC and a raspberry pi.
