    Hello,
i am looking for a solution to the problem of controlling a gas cooker to work with a fireplace and the rest of the automation in the house.
I am looking for a cooker that preferably communicates via KNX or programmable inputs/outputs.
I also want it to be able to communicate with an alarm system (satellite integra) which, for example, will report a gas shortage and send me an SMS.
It is supposed to stop working when the fireplace is lit, but I can't turn it off because it still has to heat the water, and many other dependencies.
First of all, I want to know which gas cooker will work with which automation system - satellite, siemens S7 etc....

Whether with the control panel or PLC, communication will be via digital signals, i.e. the controller in the oven will short-circuit the appropriate contacts when a particular event occurs. So you need to read the instructions on the furnace controllers in question and check what signals are issued in the individual devices.

there is a bit of it, e.g. viessman (vitogate 200), buderus (FM446 and its newer version). I have experience with the Vitogate and it allows switching via KNX to "DHW only, no CH" mode.

I would also like to ask which of these cookers would be the most suitable for a 70 metre flat? The need for heating and hot water. The cooker is to be supplied from a 33 kg cylinder.
