Hello. I have a problem with the machine today. After turning on the espresso machine, a message will be displayed about the need to descale the appliance, and I have decided to skip this step and I have gone to make coffee with no descaler at home. I turned on the latte and the milk frothed into the glass, but the coffee did not pour anymore, there was a message "start priming the water circuit" so I pressed ok, a red "insert water dispenser" message appears, of course the water dispenser is inserted. I rinsed the block threatening according to the instructions and nothing ... all the time this message and I can not push anything, only I can turn off the coffee machine, but when it's switched on it's the same. Do you have any experience with this problem ??

The filter in the water tank is? If so please try without it.
In addition, it proposes to rinse the reporting block under running water and possibly to set a thicker grinding.

I took out the water filter and nothing ... all the time the same message. The worst thing is that as exclusive and turn on it is nothing more than that I confirm "start flooding the water circuit" I can not do. You can not enter anything in any settings.

    The block was also rinsed

But please put the water dispenser into the espresso machine ;)
We are not talking about a water tank but about the end which we plug in instead of the frothing cup ;)
