Hello, I am the owner of JBL 500BT headphones. When I try to connect to the laptop, the lack of drivers pops up, I tried to do a few things but it does not come out, what can I do or what am I doing wrong?

What laptop? Make / model. What operating system is on the laptop? Headphones showing up in the device manager?

I only get messages from these drivers that they are not installed. Model: HP Pavilion dv6 System: Windows 7
