Pairing JBL GO Bluetooth Speaker with Toshiba Satellite C855-128 on Windows 7: Connection Issue

Hello,
for several days I have been struggling to pair the JBL GO speaker via Bluetooth on a Toshiba Satellite C855-128 laptop.
I have read all possible instructions. I have current Bluetooth drivers. The laptop detects the loudspeaker and then displays the message "Connection to remote device failed. Try again" while trying to pair.
I downloaded the BlueSoleil program, but after trying to enable Bluetooth, nothing happens.
I am asking for help, I have no other ideas.

Have you tried other bluetooth drivers on your laptop?

In the attachment you can see the current drivers for BT - uninstall all from the list? Where can I find these specific drivers to reinstall?
I admit that I'm technical, that's why I'm afraid I will recombine something.
