TV as in the subject, the fault probably occurred after switching off the network, now after switching on it starts with the Toshiba logo and darkness follows, a light matrix backlight is visible, the LED lights up green, no response to the remote control and the local keyboard. According to me, the software has been downloaded, the Toshiba website has no software for this model and I do not know what to do? Perhaps the matter would help load IC122 25Q16CVSIG, a problem with getting. Maybe someone from my friends will help?

It looks like a lot of 40Lxxxx on 32l4300 have the same firmware - 7.1.92.61.01.1.
For example, 40L7333DG, 40L7363DG. Check out more on the Toshiba support.

I tried to download this firmware via usb unfortunately it is not going. You will probably need a bin file and a programmer straight into memory.

Maybe use some other small pendrak? And how did you format it?
Of course, he may not go. I suggest only just in case. ;)
Also just in case ... voltage on USB is?

At present, SPI is available only on Kenotron. There is probably no one with us who has an active account there.

    -----------
The photo of this sticker does not apply to the matrix model, although it is placed on it. Look around because it may be useful.
In addition, the same image for the search engine is nothing if you do not describe it with letters. ;)

I have old Pengrak, I always go with it, USB voltage is present, formatted to FAT32. As for the matrix, maybe there is a sticker somewhere underneath, tomorrow I will see exactly

Are you talking about IC122_25Q16BV.bin? :sm9:

There is u-boot sitting, so the batch is rather OK since the logo displays.
You have to hook up to RX / TX and see wtf.

Topic summary

The Toshiba 40L7335DG television is experiencing a boot issue, getting stuck on the welcome logo after a network shutdown. The user reports that the screen remains dark, with only a faint backlight visible, and there is no response from the remote or local controls. It is suspected that the problem may be related to the firmware, specifically the IC122 25Q16CVSIG component. Attempts to download firmware from the Toshiba website have been unsuccessful, leading to suggestions of using a USB drive formatted to FAT16 for firmware upload. Other users noted that similar models may share firmware, and there are discussions about the need for a programmer to directly access the memory chip for recovery. The user successfully uploaded firmware version 7.1.92.61.01.1 using a different USB drive.
