In my opinion, according to the document Toshiba procedure_of_downloading.pdf: The USB memory should be formatted as FAT or FAT32, NEVER FAT16.

It is programmed and available for this main on a well-known auction site on A - for PLN 10 + shipment

The problem was formatting USB drives. USB (4 pcs) formatted in FAT32 in Windows XP - the receiver does not accept firmware. The same USB formatted with the RMPrepUSB program in FAT16 - the TV accepts the firmware without any problem . I placed the system memory and flash memory bits read from a working receiver in the Memory Dips section.
