    Hello

I have autocom fully communicating with delphi 2.14.2.2 software. The device communicates with the computer, the com port is set, the device test is successful, the hardware update is successful. For some reason I can't establish a connection with the car, as I do all the tests I get the message "no system responded". Does anyone know the cause? Could it be the com port settings? The cable from the device looks intact. I'm out of ideas, if anyone has an idea, please let me know.

Ps. I will only add that before everything worked and now it does not communicate with the same car.

Generally, since there is communication with the interface ("...device test successfully completed..."), com has nothing to do with it. The problem lies with the interface - the car. What did you test on?

Have you tried to connect on universal obd (program settings)? Or on a different car model selected in the program?

Yes, universal cable, I don't know what you mean (program settings)...
I tried connecting to my car on which everything worked, now it doesn't connect, I didn't change the computer in the car so it shouldn't make a difference. As CDP searches for a connection, the LEDs flash as usual, everything looks as it was, except that the connection itself fails.

Can you hear the relays? even if it is 99% their fault or the quality of the solders on the board. I suggest starting with this. See how many repair offers for these devices are available at auctions.

So as I thought. I was hoping it was something programmable that could be fixed right away. Thanks for the help. However, if anyone has had similar experiences, please share.

If quinol is a matter of course.
Facebook software update, and February on the switch board.
    OE doesn't have it, btw.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a user experiencing connectivity issues with the Delphi DS150E Autocom device while attempting to connect to a Peugeot 308 1.6 HDI. Despite successful communication with the computer and device tests, the user receives a "no system responded" message when trying to connect to the vehicle. Responses suggest that the issue may not be related to the COM port settings, as the device communicates with the interface. Suggestions include checking the relays and solder quality on the device's board, as well as exploring software updates or trying different car models in the program settings. The user expresses frustration, noting that the device previously worked with the same car.
