    Hello
I have a DELPHI diagnostic cable - Autocom Delphi CDP + USB.
The device is not discoverable when connected to a computer. When I enter the Device Manager, Autocom CDP + USB and a yellow question mark pop up. This happens regardless of which computer I connect the cable to. Do I have any drivers to install?

Yes. The drivers should be on the CD that came with Autocom.

Of course, otherwise the program won't see it.
Indicate the locations of the drivers in the manager.
The drivers will be in the place where the program is installed or in Windows / system32 / drivers.

There are no drivers on the board.
During installation, the program saves them to the disk and after installation, the interface should be detected and then the drivers themselves should install, and if not, indicate the folder in Windows.

After connecting the interface to the computer, the drivers do not install themselves, because an error pops up.

I dealt with the problem like this:

    1. I entered the device manager
    2. Right on Autocom CDP + USB and yellow question mark then -> Update driver software then -> Browse my computer for driver software then -> Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer. In the list I found Autocom in the first item, by clicking on it in the right window I chose VCI (Diagnostic Unit) Serial Port later on and the drivers installed nicely on the laptop.

Now I want to install Autocom / Delphi 2013 on a second laptop, after installing the program and drivers, it does not detect VCI. In the device manager, I set the COM10 port, then in the program, when searching, I see COM10 (VCP), but it does not connect and writes: Unknown device. On the other hand, the program works and everything is fine.
There was no Internet access when the program was installed, the antivirus was disabled, and so was the firewall. The board from which I installed the program is quite scratched, but I had no problems with the installation, the program also turns on properly.

    Hello
AutoCom CDP + problem. In the device manager, he can see either unknown device or DCSD LED status. The drivers cannot be installed from the original software disc. I already changed the USB cable, managed to manually install the FTDI drivers and after installation the computer in the manager only shows USB Serial Port (COM3), nothing else can be done. All the LEDs on the interface are off. After connecting the OBD plug in the car, the interface lights up white and the message that VCI was not detected. Is it possible that the interface is damaged and how can I check it? Windows 7 32-bit, Dell E6510 laptop.
