BAOFENG UV-82: Configure to Communicate with Switell/Midland PMR, Scanner & Frequency Tips

Hello, I have in my resources (a hunting club), two Baofeng UV-82 radio, and 4 pmr Switell and Midland, while PMR has no problem (with communication), when it comes to Baofeng, I have no idea how set this radio to communicate with other PMRs.

I would like to point out that the Baofeng radio is restored to the factory settings, the noise level is set to 2, a jump of 12.5 MHz.

Maybe someone from the forum members will explain to me how to start the scanner to catch PMR frequencies, and how to use these radios so as not to interfere with the bands used by, for example, services.
