Hello, I have a question regarding the programming of the telephone radio. I have two models of Baofeng UV 82 and uv5r radios. I want to listen to police frequencies, unfortunately it's hard to catch something, I have 4 different antennas and only buzzing all the time. I saw on the forum that programming this type of radio is best done by the computer, unfortunately I do not know how to do it.
