I have a DVD SAMSUNG HT-F6500. It was already 2 times on the site and returned with the opinion that: Equipment during the many hours of tests worked correctly.
What can be the reason for such a total shutdown. How to successfully advertise a product that has spent over 2 months and lime on the site?

If you are sure of a hardware fault (this does not result in loss of power in the socket or cabling and external devices) then write a letter and to the store where you acquired that the problem has not been resolved and you are very dissatisfied.
You must also be aware that the maliciousness of dead things is so unlikely that despite the many hours of testing the glitch on the site is not revealed. I met with it a dozen or so times during several years of work leading the site that the customer reported the problem and many hours the equipment played well. Such a malice of matter that is afraid of the site and does not want to break ;)

The DVD is connected to its own speakers, TV via HDMI cable and through optical fiber. For 2 years nothing was done with it. Speakers work properly, program playback also just turn it off!
What can a shop do with my mega dissatisfaction? A large online store.

Online shopping is a different matter because it's harder to advertise when you can not fail your equipment as an ordinary store and present what does not play and what you want, etc.

So my home cinema was 2 times on the site and no problem was found. However, I decided to take a closer look at this problem:
Before my home cinema - DVD turns off, the following message is displayed: "FAN NG".
if it's going through it, it's quite a common problem.
So my Kino goes to the site again!

FAN NOT GOOD - something with a fan. Now, providing this error, request information on what has been done by the website because the check itself will not be effective.

Still the basic question - is the warranty period extended by the period of equipment spent on the warranty service. My DVD was repaired about 2 months!

    So we have this situation:
Equipment purchased at electro.pl on 10/12/2013.
Advertised on 27/10/2015 - return on 01/12/2015 (YES over 30 days repair)
    Description: no defect found
    Re-advertised on 2.12.2015- return 08.01.2016 (YES repair 40 days)
Description: the equipment works correctly during many hours of tests
I connected the DVD to me and after a while the word "FAN NG" is displayed and the equipment is doing OFF.
Of course, I resubmitted the seller's case as a complaint but for a few days now and again
So what next? How can you successfully promote this SZAJS?

    response from the site:
    Good morning,
Unfortunately, we can not respond positively to your complaint.
The period of responsibility of the Seller and the Producer is 2 years and expired on 11/12/2015.

The complaint is closed and considered unfounded.

In the case of an answer, please keep your correspondence.

So what to do next ??

Already went the mail like this:
    I warmly welcome
yes, the equipment was bought on 10/12/2013 - but in the meantime it was in repair:
Each of the repairs lasted over 14 days and each of them ended only when I remembered after more than 30 days, what happens to my DVD.
    Advertised on 27/10/2015 - return on 01/12/2015
    Advertised again on 2.12.2015 - return 08.01.2016
Total in the repair was 71 days.
Repair at this time has not been done and the problem still exists.
Thus: the duration of the guarantee is extended by the time that the consumer could not use the goods in connection with the complaint.
Above, the Guarantor must perform his duties (eg repair or replace the goods) within the period specified in the guarantee statement. If this time is not specified, he should do so immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of delivery of the item by the consumer.

I am asking you to explain the above matter.
I also inform you that the case is submitted to the Consumer Affairs Ombudsman and the OCCP.

    greetings

Here's the answer from the seller:
    Good morning,
Complaints were made under the warranty or responsibility of the Manufacturer.
In this case, the Manufacturer decides on the form of completion of the complaint.
The defects reported by you have not been confirmed in the Authorized Website.
    The complaint is considered unjustified.

Unfortunately, I did not manage to go to the spokesperson!
After a week of thought I got the answer from the store:
    "Good morning,
In connection with the complaint, please send the product back by DHL to the address of the headquarters:
The courier to collect it should appear on
    ....:
That's how it happened - the courier took the parcel.
Today I received a phone call from the courier company ... Missing your parcel - they are searching for it - please describe how it looked, we will contact you as we determine something
I checked the package by the :D number and the courier delivered it to the branch and disappeared :D

So ultimately repaired under the warranty - the verdict is: a damaged fan!

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the frequent shut-off issue of the Samsung HT-F6500 DVD player, which has been sent for service twice without resolution. Users report a "FAN NG" error message before the device powers off, suggesting a potential fan malfunction or overheating due to inadequate airflow. Suggestions include contacting the seller for warranty claims, involving the Consumer Ombudsman for legal assistance, and ensuring that the warranty period is extended for the time the device was under repair. One user resolved a similar issue by improving airflow around the device, while another confirmed a damaged fan was the cause after warranty repair.
