    Hello
I rummaged, rummaged and nothing. I was searching the internet about the causes of the E4 error in the Amica induction hob, the only thing I found was a controller error and you need to replace such a module, and preferably also the heating zones. After all, this is not the point, unless the module has a chip that cannot be replaced, and the heating fields are built in such a way that it cannot be disassembled. In general, the question is why such an error pops up and what is its cause, or what are the repair options, because that's what elektroda.pl is for.

Advice on this type of module replacement is rather a bit too simple for an electrode true :D Generally, I haven't dismantled my CD yet because I wanted to get the "language" first, but unfortunately there is a problem with that. Maybe the subject should be explored.

Unfortunately no, no one seems to have explored the subject as well, because 2 are still working. :D

    Hello.
And that was the point, someone wrote why not !! :D
Not just a laconic "need to be replaced"
This post will cool down the enthusiasm of others who come to repair.
Now I know that you have to look around for a replacement because I have already tried the configuration.
Bravo and thank you for your answer. :D

I believe the solution here Link . It concerns Teka, but Amica has a clone of this album. 39? resistors to be checked and to be replaced (preferably in all fields). I recommend, from my experience, to use the largest resistors (power-dimensions) that can fit 3W or 5W.

Question to specialists. Amica PI 6509 l plate and PI 6510TU plate.
One is only for 230V and the other is for 400 / 230V. Are the cooking zones interchangeable or are the controls different? Probably the module from which the voltage goes to individual fields is different, it is understandable, but how does this relate to the others, i.e. the aforementioned heating and control field?
    I am asking for hints.

This problem can be fixed. I just picked up the Amica board from repair to the two right fields and the E-4 error.

The repair is simple, we open each box and replace the TNY266 and the 29? resistor, you can change to the TNY288 and the 20-50? resistor. The problem is de-soldering the coil.

    can be changed to TNY288

I think on TNY268, much easier available!

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the E4 error encountered in the Amica PI6509L induction hob. Users express frustration over the lack of clear solutions, with some suggesting that the error may indicate a controller module failure requiring replacement. Others mention that the heating zones might also need to be replaced, as they are often integrated and difficult to disassemble. A few participants share insights on potential repair options, including checking and replacing resistors and components like TNY266 and TNY288. There is also a query regarding the interchangeability of components between different Amica models, specifically the PI6509L and PI6510TU. Overall, the conversation highlights the complexity of diagnosing and repairing the E4 error, with a consensus that replacement of certain parts is often necessary.
