    Hello,

I have a problem with the Amica induction hob, model PI6512TG (type: PG4VI512FTB4S).

Every now and then the hob freezes, but not all of some cooking zones. Then, symbols "E" and "A" are displayed alternately on the panel.

The only thing that helps is unplugging the board and turning it on again to restart it.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem? If so what could be the reason.

Thank you in advance for your help,
    Robert

Hey, I have exactly the same problem. Cooking zone EA error. My motherboard is the PI6512TF model. Uncle Google doesn't help with this. Maybe someone here will know what the reason is, or you will need to call the service ...; (

I am also counting on a hint on the forum, although it seems to me that the only salvation is the website. And here is a problem - the service would have to be called when the cooking zone is frozen and nothing to do until then (because how to show and prove what is happening?). Again, warranty service usually takes 2-3 days from reporting the fault to the Call Center.

    Hello,

I have a similar problem with the Amica NPI 6541 TU induction hob. After briefly using one half of the combined cooking zone (included in this hob) on power level 9, a flashing message: E A. Both parts of the combined cooking zone are flashing. The hob has already cooled down after cooking and the problem is still there. There will be no need to call the service. Unless someone knows a solution that will remove the problem without calling the service and will not void the warranty.

I had an error on the lower left, then on the upper right (i.e. two different layouts). Of course, only disconnecting from the network (two plates to be replaced?) Helped. Do you know what the costs are (after the warranty). Now I managed to get back to normal on the record turned on (I pressed the "-" button for a long time and didn't have to disconnect the hob from the mains, it went back to normal operation). I tested it for a while and it works for now. There is a chance that it has hung up ?! Greetings.

SKRYN I have this question for you. My amica PB4VI509LFT board also freezes, but the problem is that when it starts, everything is ok, but if it is turned off for more than a few minutes, of course, all the lights are off, it will not turn on. You have to disconnect it from the mains and turn it on again, but you have to do it as if it was going to spark in the socket. It's hard to explain a bit, but usually pulling out and inserting the plug will not do anything!
