    Hello,

I have a problem with the Beko washing machine (model in the subject). The problem is that the above-mentioned washing machine washes normally until rinsing, which it repeats several times. When the rinse is finished and the remaining wash time drops to e.g. 20 minutes. this repeats the rinse and the time to finish washing increases to 30 minutes. Later rinses again and if it drops to, for example, 15 minutes. this repeats the rinsing again and the time increases to e.g. 19 min.

He repeats this several times, and it is very irregular. If it skips through rinsing and enters the softener adding mode, it is already going to the end of the wash as normal. Generally speaking, the washing time is extended by approx. 1-2 hours. compared to what appears at the beginning after selecting the program. I thought maybe there was too much laundry in it and that's why it rinses so long, but after putting less laundry inside, the problem kept repeating itself.

    Please help.

When the rinse cycle starts, check that it is draining the water thoroughly. Do the test on a short cycle and without loading.

I turned on 14 mins today. washing program without any insert. The washing machine washed it for about 50 minutes.
First, it was washing normally until it went down to the counter for 5 minutes. until the end of the wash. It worked like this for a few minutes (the counter was 5 all the time), and then it jumped on the counter for 8 minutes. It centrifuged the water, it seems to me that there was a bit of it left at the bottom of the drum, but I'm not sure if what was left was that the water was pumped out wrong, or just after spinning the water dripped down the drum, because there was not much of it. The rinsing mode was activated immediately (pictogram on the screen) and water was drawn out. The 8 minutes that were on the counter during the transition to the rinsing mode went down to 2 minutes. and the timer stopped and the washing machine rinsed all the time for about 30 minutes. During this time, she did not take in new water, but washed all the time in the same program (perhaps it was such an express program that it rinsed only once). I noticed that the water in the drum started to run out during this rinse. After a few minutes, there was less of it, after the next even less, and so it probably decreased 3 times, until at the end the washing machine rinsed in a bit of water that was left at the bottom of the drum, but there was not much of it. The program then changed to softening mode. She took some water again and began to soften. The clock jumped from 2 to 4 minutes. It was down to 2 minutes. and it was washed for about 10 minutes. Then it spun and the coveted word END appeared.
To sum up: Program 14 min. it was washing for about 50 minutes. There was some water in the drum after each wash cycle. During the rinsing phase, the water in the drum was lost.
I don't know if you should hear the sound of water pumping out, but I didn't hear it as such. Perhaps it was the "purr" of the washing machine that made such a "purr" for most of the laundry. I don't know if she was able to pump the water out gradually then? I also don't know if it is normal for this water to disappear gradually. Perhaps this is the norm and I did not notice it before, because the clothes sucked in the rest of the water. But it seems strange to rinse clothes ... without water.

I hope that my description will be helpful and will suggest a solution.

I have the same problem. Do you already know what it could have been and how to fix it?

It turned out that my drain hose was clogged. Therefore, the water was pumped out more slowly and it could not switch to the next washing program. After cleaning the end of the hose (because it was clogged there), he washes normally.

I wanted to say thank you, because I had the same problem and after cleaning the hose, the washing machine does not extend the washing time anymore. :)
    Thanks for the help.

Topic summary

The Beko WMB71241PTM washing machine is experiencing issues during the rinsing cycle, where it repeatedly extends the wash time by several minutes to hours. Users have reported that the machine rinses multiple times, causing irregularities in the countdown timer. Initial troubleshooting suggested checking the drainage system. A user discovered that a clogged drain hose was the cause of the problem, which prevented proper water drainage and led to extended rinse cycles. After cleaning the hose, the washing machine returned to normal operation without extended wash times.
