Hello, I have a problem after setting the program even the shortest washing machine washing machine for a long time e.g. washing time 15 min. When the time ends it shows 001 min and starts the same program again and again a few times and when the washing time is about 1.5 hours, it washes a good 3 hours, so some massacre. I don't know where to look for a problem, can anyone help?

Start by checking if it heats the water.

The water is warm during washing and I pump down the pump I am worried that this may be a problem with the electronics

    Hello.
Check heater temperature sensor. It is worth checking its resistance and whether it falls after heating the sensor.

I have a similar situation with my Bosch WLX24362pl, just 1h40 in the program 30 minutes. The water drains warm. She ended up with error F: 18, I could not see the water in the drum, but it did not open. The pumping program (1 minute) took 50 minutes! Everything was wet anyway. There are times in the laundry when feathers and noises are ok, and there are when nothing happens and buzzing, it seems to me that spinning is missing. The equipment is just over 4 years old and I'd expect a bit longer after Bosch.

What has stood up a bit over me, with this checking the temperature of the sensor in the heater, it also implies my situation? Do you have other suggestions based on this additional information?

I would be obliged for help, because cramps a little bit with cash and when I start playing paid diagnoses and repair will be the way, maybe it would be better to write off in advance and take a new installment ....

The washing machine cannot drain the water 50 minutes, only up to 2-3 minutes you need to check the entire drainage system from the tank to the sewer pipe as the water drain is connected.

The program lasted until the washing machine said it was over. Anyway, I've checked the hose and pump, it's clean everywhere. Besides, when it pours water into the drum, during washing you can see that it is drained, only what remains in the soaked lach.

So more so that the system does not ensure proper water supply so that it can be pumped out. So I don't know if it is electronics that it lasts so long or if mechanics does not work with this spin, I am in a spot, the break, the laundry is standing ... As if I see mechanically, it is easy to change parts everywhere, just to know what .... because as a programmer, it is probably too expensive a deal. :(

The program could take so long because the programmer can still see the water in the washing machine. Fill the washing machine with water, put the water drain into a tub or a bucket and check if the water flows out the entire width of the hose, if it doesn't go so look for the reason, e.g. a sock in the hose between the drum and the pump.

A colleague, h.jaworski, wrote to you that the entire drainage system should be checked.
The hose connecting the tank with the pump also.
I suspect the drain pump motor is not working properly.
Remove it from the pump and connect directly to 230V and make a few attempts, if it will not start each time it has ended its life and requires replacement.

I will not say, I fooled myself with undressing the washing machine to check this stupid pump hose (clean) and I found that I do not want to repeat it, since the pump replacement turned out to be inexpensive, I immediately waved a new drain pump ... now I regret because the problem was It still is. What do you say?

Now I regret that I did not take the advice of checking the pump and I took a shortcut, but while dismantling the washing machine ok, well, I will replace some part also, it is already some voltage measurement, connecting for a short time I feel so insecure ....

    Which snake did you clean?
The one where the washing machine drains water to the sewage system?
Is the one that connects the tank with the pump?
Also clean the hydrostat system, i.e. the hose and the hydrostat cup that is just connected to the tank-pump hose.

I think I have the same thing, we just launched the new Bosh WAB2426PPL washing machine and boiled 40 degrees for one and a half hours, the wife says that on the previous washing machine (Bosh WAA2026SBY) it took 40 minutes, in addition, the first test wash of several towels at 90 degrees lasted 2.5 hours are a bend, unfortunately because of the weekend I will not reach any service but on Monday I will ask because probably 10 years newer washing machine should be washing as fast as at least as fast as the old model and the defect of some element in the new device is rather small likely

Let's start from the beginning, i.e. with what load (kg) and on what program do you wash?
Secondly, what is the state of the water outflow? The system may be unobstructed, the outflow in the wall itself may not be necessary. Washing in capsules or powder?
By autopsy - 30 minutes program, two blankets inside and the problem because the washing machine was broken.
8kg washing machine on a short program has a load of max. up to 3 kg. For two blankets, the washing machine will take 2-3 times more water than normal, which will come out at the stage of pre-spinning between cycles.
Washing cycle according to loading, larger on a given program than recommended by the manufacturer, can significantly extend the washing time (operating instructions)

On the Bosch hotline they told me that the washing machine was all right and such long times of the simplest washing were the most correct. So what a price of modernity, and when I switched from Windows XP to Windows 7, he also performed the simplest activities longer than Win XP, sucks with such progress.

So Bosch confirms what I wrote.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Bosch WAE2037KPL washing machine that experiences excessively long wash cycles, even when set to the shortest program. Users suggest checking the heater temperature sensor, drainage system, and pump functionality. Issues such as the machine not draining properly, potential blockages in the drainage hose, and electronic malfunctions are highlighted. One user mentions a similar problem with a Bosch WLX24362PL model, indicating that the washing machine may be unable to detect water levels correctly, leading to prolonged cycles. Another user notes that modern Bosch models may have longer wash times compared to older versions, suggesting that this could be a design characteristic rather than a fault.
